Sunday at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah. A member of the Melber Church of Christ, he was 74 years of age. Surviving are a son, Harry Huddleston, of Cunningham, route 1, a sister, Mrs. Reeta Cruse, of Melber, route 1, and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m.

Tuesday at the Roy M. Lowe Funeral Chapel in Lowes. Bro. Carl Scoggins will officiate, with burial in the Concord Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Deese Johnson, Roy Lucy, J.T.

Womble, Wayne Drew, Albert Howle and Lawson Howle. Friends may call at the Roy M. Lowe Funeral Home. Sister Of Mayfield Resident Dies In California Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Rose Smith, in San Mateo, on January 4.

Mrs. Smith 81, was the sister of Mrs. Olene Herring, 1325 Adams Circle in Mayfield. The funeral was held in California. Other survivors include a daughter and three other sisters in Ohio.

Mrs. Herring was visiting her daughter, Mrs. Glenn Gream and Mr. Gream in Warren, when she received word of her sister's death. Deaths and Funerals Mrs.

Novella Courtney Dies Saturday; Funeral Held Today Mrs. Novella Courtney, 56, and a resident of 1224 North Thirteenth Street in Paducah, died at 10:15 a.m. Saturday at her home. She was the wife of Wilson Courtney. Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs.

Florence Riley, of Melber, and four daughters, Mrs. Martha Gibson, Boaz, route 2, Mrs. Melba Crenshaw, Mrs. Dianne Garland, and Mrs. Judy Neal, all of Paducah.

She also leaves three sisters, Mrs. Helen Mayo, Paducah, Mrs. Roma Simmons, Fulton, route 3, and Mrs. Lola Mae Smith, Melber, route 1, and six grandchildren. The funeral was held at 2 p.m.

today at the Roy M. Lowe Funeral Chapel in Lowes. The Rev. Bill Lowry officiated, and burial was in Owens Chapel Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Jimmie Crenshaw, Rickie Crenshaw, Jimmy Gibson, Dannie Smith, Cloys Courtney and Robert Peeler.

Revival Services At Church Of God Beginning Jan. 15 A Revival will begin January 15th, Wednesday night, at the Church North 13th and Lee Street. The evangelist will be the Rev. Charles Graham Alabama. Services will begin nightly at 7 o'clock.

Tuesday. Mrs. Gladys Hastings Dies In Tennessee; Funeral Today Mrs. Gladys Hastings, widow of Covine Hastings, died at 3:05 a.m. Saturday at Harton Hospital in Tullahoma, Tenn.

Mrs. Hastings, 67, formerly was employed by the Borg Warner Company in Detroit. She was the daughter of the late George and Henreitta Mooneyham Puckett, of Graves County. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Doyle Freels, Tullahoma, and Mrs.

Joseph Ratowski, Ferndale, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two brothers, Roy Puckett and J.T. Puckett, both of Dukedom, and a sister, Mrs. Claude Anderson, Wingo. The funeral was conducted at 1 p.m. today at Jackson Funeral Chapel at Dukedom, by the Rev.
