My arm muscles are so bulky but I want them slimmer without losing my weight. I am 120 pounds and 5’4. Maybe it’s the testosterone in my HRT pellets.

Too much emphasis on nutrition not enough on the exercises plus the advanced push ups are not for everyone and not for all age groups. People can also use dumbbells to get the same results. Dumbbells are best and safer for me but thanks just the same .

Hi Jenna, I appreciate your info you offer on your channel. I'm a new follower. I have always worked out, mainly lifting weight and tennis for my cardio. I have been fit and strong and now I am a 54 year old with a torn bicep tendon (left shoulder) and high hamstring tendonopathy (right leg). It's been difficult to train and heal. I've paused playing tennis and am in PT. I feel like I'm now weak and fragile, and it's been a frustrating thing.
Do you recommend I only use the weight my injured side can handle and do that weight on both sides so I am not unbalanced in muscle mass? It's easy on my strong side but hard on the injured side. Also do you recommend any dietary changes in nutrition or more protein when you're injured and healing? I eat pretty clean most of the time. I appreciate any feedback you can give me.

Why tell a lie saying only one exercise by showing multiple exercises, then you yourself say "3" exercises. Ugh!!!

I'm 76 and in the past 2 years just counting calories, have gone from 400 to 233 pounds. I can do the first exercise but the other ones, not. Help? My arms are very flabby but I don't want skin removal surgery.

almost 62 and always been into fitness, but lately my flabby arms are getting the best of me. Decided to up my workouts to more of these exercises. Is there a limit as to how many days a week we should be doing these? Not sure if I will fatigue the muscle. Also how many weeks before when lifting weights do we increase the weight? Thank you. You have amazing arms!

I was told that the protein recommendation is 1 gram per kilogram kg. I noticed you said 0.8 -1 gram protein per pound lb. Please clarify if you meant kg instead of lb ?

I went through menopause at 52. Hot flashes were the key. Within 3 months, I watched my muscles go to flabby mush. And I ran 30 miles a month. I ate well. Asked every doc I saw, and they were clueless. They should have told me to EXERCISE strength training. I also learned that in later age, our long muscle fibers die and never rejuvenate! Very sad!!!! I exercise anyway and eat right anyway. Very sad

I'm 45 and have always been slim. I was slightly underweight in my teens and 20s but then moved into a "normal" but still light weight range in my mid-30s. I always naturally looked toned even though I didn't really do any exercise.
These days, my upper arms are SO flabby and appear disproportionately larger than my lower arms and torso. I'm 5'7" and weight 58kg and yet my arms are still a flabfest!!!

Thank you for such an in depth explanation rather than just demonstrating the exercises. It truly helps me understand what is attainable from my starting point! Thank you!
